OVERVIEW
AHLOT is looking for a Head of Growth & Digital Marketing to lead our company through its next phase of 10x growth.
We’re hoping you’re someone with a proven track record of leading, implementing and testing new growth strategies and driving/optimizing customer acquisition. You’re obsessed with growth and you’ll be joining a talented, passionate and driven team that is too.
The Head of Growth & Digital Marketing will be responsible for continuously improving AHLOT’s growth strategy, uncovering and executing marketing experiments that will surpass our 10x growth goal.
Key responsibilities include:

Define KPIs and optimize conversion through structured experiments and analysis

Drive multi-channel customer acquisition through organic and paid media campaigns

Create and deploy channel based direct to consumer marketing tactics including, but not limited to email, search/SEO, social media, and both online and offline advertising

Work with internal/external teams to develop and optimize ad creative, landing pages, and audience targeting strategies

Develop and execute A/B testing programs to continuously improve campaign performance
Additional areas you will impact:
Revenue

Optimize direct-to-consumer revenue streams across all product lines by continuously learning customer journeys and optimizing them for conversion

Establish and analyze every stage of the business-to-business marketing funnel to build and execute effective strategies that help achieve key revenue targets
Brand

Lead end to end marketing campaigns that will drive AHLOT brand awareness nationwide and customer acquisition in key markets

Work with the Creative team to articulate the AHLOT brand story through every stage of the customer journey/funnel
People & Culture

Lead, manage and mentor an exceptionally bright, curious and absorbent marketers, with the potential to grow the team further

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

3+ years implementing and scaling growth strategies in fast-paced startup or digital agency environments

Proven success owning digital campaigns and continuously improving results

Strong analytical skills, specifically the ability to process, analyze, and interpret data to inform business decisions

Experience executing landing page optimization experiments and reporting on results

Strong understanding of paid marketing channels, including paid search, social and partner advertising
-
Ability to build and foster key cross functional relationships including external agencies
-
Strong existing relationships with key provincial cannabis retailers
-
Strong understanding of RFP response process and the challenges that companies face
-
Strong communication skills, ability to hold a room, convey a message, get people onside and onboard
