PROJECT MANAGER

OVERVIEW

AHLOT is looking for a Project Manager to ensure we execute with excellence through our company’s next phase of 10x growth.

 

Ultimately you’re responsible for the efficiency of the business, and as such we need someone with a proven track record of leading marketing and product design projects to completion in a timely, capital-efficient and customer-centric manner, while supporting other projects across all business lines. These include:

 

OPERATIONS

  • Lead weekly project goal/accomplishment meetings and ensure project teams are working towards deadlines

  • Track, measure and report key metrics on multiple projects including timelines, prioritizations, risks, velocity, and budget

 

MARKETING

  • Manage execution of marketing campaigns from concept through delivery

 

PRODUCT DESIGN

  • Work with Product Design and Creative teams to ensure successful delivery of products based on client’s budget, business, creative and strategic goals

  • Set up governance and reporting structure to ensure project/updates scope is clearly defined to client and internally and that work is done on time and within budget

  • Liaison between our products and their production requirements to ensure the highest level of quality for our in-house and outsourced manufacturing.

  • Support the design and development team, research and supplier sourcing.

SALES

  • Coordinate Provincial Product Call Submissions (RFPs)

  • Ensure a smooth transition post-sales, including timely transport of cannabis between Licensed Producers

  • Support vendor negotiations as required

 

CULTURE

  • Live, promote and scale a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and celebrating success

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years demonstrated progressive and relevant experience managing projects with a focus on marketing and new product development

  • PMP Certification a tremendous asset

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fluid and fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build, foster and lead internal and external client relationships

  • Ability to find the best approach or solution to highly diverse challenges

  • Experience managing projects in advertising, marketing, product or software teams
